As the owner of DHR, Steven completes 100s of hours of education each year to hone his knowledge so he can in turn educate the public and his agents. Jessica Leblanc joined the company in 2018 as a REALTOR® and made her transition into the office in January of 2020. She has held the positions of office manager and director of marketing and development. She became the Managing Broker for Louisiana in 2022 as well as her title of Director of Operations. She is passionate about educating agents and watching them achieve their goals in this industry.
